SF Fun Raisers is looking for dedicated and well rounded Board Members to help grow the organization and support as many Bay Area charities as we can!!! We need your expertise in the Board positions listed below.  We have a great atmosphere revolving around fun events that benefit local Bay Area youth-related charities.  To apply for any of the open positions, please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Vice Chair/Marketing Director:
The Vice Chair will take on the additional role of the Marketing Director. His/her responsibilities will be to create and to follow through on new marketing strategies for the SF Fun Raisers entity and our fundraising events.  Targeting marketed areas will include internet presences such as Facebook, Twitter, and local San Francisco sites such as Yelp.  Also, this role will take the lead in building collaborative relationships with other local non-profits to grow our membership database and spread the word about SF Fun Raisers.  The role will also include work on all marketing materials for each fundraising event such as brochures, flyers, print ads, radio ads, and online advertising.  Experience with Salesforce.com and direct and/or social marketing a plus. Previous
non-profit experience preferred.

  

Sponsorship/Secretary Director:

The Sponsorship Director will be responsible for generating new sponsors and creating sponsorship levels and benefits for each fundraising event.  He/she will work on creating sponsorship packages that combine multiple events into one sponsorship price.  Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, continued follow-up and and contact with previous and potential sponsors to maintain mutual beneficial relationships, and taking and distributing minutes for all organizational meetings. Previous sales or sponsorship experience preferred.  Experience with Salesforce.com a plus.

  

Event Director:

The Event Director will be the point person and coordinator for all fundraising events.  He/she will be responsible for building a project roadmap and setting short and long term goals.  Other duties include ensuring all event-related tasks are completed, determining volunteer resources and assign where needed, planning event day logistics, and work with third parties as necessary. Previous project management experience preferred.
